Personal Information
If you browse our websites, you will leave digital traces. Some of these traces could allow conclusions to be drawn about your person, even if this is neither practically possible nor wanted for these pages. Following we inform you what you can expect with regard to your personal data when you visit our website.

Basically, you can use these pages without us knowing your identity or trying to know it. Personal data (the "digital traces") that arise when you visit a website include not only data that may have been entered in contact forms, such as your name and address, but also IP addresses. An IP address is the number of a computer (or a smartphone, tablet) that identifies the computer on the Internet. When transmitting web pages over the Internet, the IP address of the computer accessing the web page must be known. However, we do not know the identity of the respective user and we do not try to find it out.

We only process personal data of our users if this is necessary to provide a functional website as well as our contents and services. The processing of personal data of our users takes place regularly only after consent of the user. An exception applies in those cases where prior consent cannot be obtained for real reasons and the processing of the data is permitted by law.

Insofar as we obtain the consent of the data subject for the processing of personal data, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a EU Data Protection Ordinance (DSGVO) serves as the legal basis.

In the processing of personal data required for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO serves as the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations that are necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures.

Insofar as the processing of personal data is required to fulfil a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DSGVO serves as the legal basis.

In the event that the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person require the processing of personal data, Article 6(1)(d) DSGVO serves as the legal basis.

If processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of our company or a third party and if the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not outweigh the first-mentioned interest, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO serves as the legal basis for processing.

The personal data of the person concerned will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage ceases to apply. Furthermore, data may be stored if this has been provided for by the European or national legislator in EU regulations, laws or other provisions to which the person responsible is subject. The data will also be blocked or deleted if a storage period prescribed by the aforementioned standards expires, unless there is a need for further storage of the data for the conclusion or fulfilment of a contract.

C. Privacy policy

In the following, you will find the data protection declaration of the social media offers operated by us:

Here we would like to inform you about the handling of your data in accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (DS-GVO).

Responsible
P.E.R. Flucht- und Rettungsleitsysteme GmbH operates the social media offers:

https://www.linkedin.com/company/p-e-r-flucht-und-rettungsleitsysteme-gmbh/

https://www.xing.com/pages/p-e-r-flucht-undrettungsleitsystemegmbh

https://www.kununu.com/de/per-flucht-und-rettungsleitsysteme

https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCmB9T8cfWctiYTNfXZXoJlw

You can find our contact details in our imprint.

In addition to P.E.R. Flucht- und Rettungsleitsysteme GmbH, there is always also the service provider of the social media platform, without whom the social media offering would not be possible in the respective form. In this respect, the provider of the platform is also another responsible party that carries out data processing, over which, however, we have only limited influence. At the points where we can exert influence and parameterize data processing, we work towards data protection-compliant handling by the service provider of the social media platform within the scope of the options available to us. In many cases, however, we cannot influence the data processing by the service provider of the social media platform and have no knowledge of exactly what data it processes.

Processing of your data by P.E.R. Flucht- und Rettungsleitsysteme GmbH
The data you upload to our social media offering - such as comments, videos, images, likes, public messages, etc. - are published by the service provider of the social media platform and are not used or processed by us for any other purpose at any time. We only reserve the right to delete content if this should be necessary. In some cases, we share your content on our offer if this is a function of the respective social media platform and communicate with you via the social media platform. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DS-GVO. The data processing is carried out in the interest of our public relations and communication. Incidentally, you may also have given the platform operator consent to data processing, in which case Art. 6 (1) lit. a DS-GVO is the legal basis.

If you wish to object to certain data processing - over which we have control - please contact us using the contact details provided in the imprint. We will then examine your objection immediately.

If you send us a request via the social media platform, we may also refer you to other, more secure communication channels - depending on the response required. Please note that you always have the option of sending us confidential inquiries to our address listed in the imprint.

It is of great concern to us, whenever the respective service provider of the social media platform gives us the opportunity to do so, to design our social media offerings to be as data privacy compliant as possible. In particular, we therefore do not use the demographic, interest-based, behavior-based or location-based target group definitions for advertising that the respective provider of the social media platform may make available to us.

Insofar as the respective platform provides us with statistics, we can only influence these to a limited extent and also cannot always deactivate them. However, it is of great concern to us that no additional optional statistics are made available to us.

Data processing by the service provider of the social media platform
The operator of the social media platform uses web tracking methods. In this context, web tracking can also take place regardless of whether a user is logged in to the respective social media platform or registered at all. As already described, Holisticon AG can only influence the web tracking procedures of the social media platforms to a very limited extent. Often, Holisticon AG cannot deactivate them, for example.

Therefore, please note: It cannot be ruled out that the service provider of the social media platform uses your personal data, for example to evaluate your habits, personal relationships, preferences, etc.. In this respect, we regularly have no influence on the processing of your data by the provider of the social media platform.

For more information on data processing by the service provider of the social media platform and further objection options, please refer to the privacy policy of the respective provider:
