P.E.R. with new PERMALUX LOGO

Ever since it was founded, the name P.E.R. has stood for Permalux Escape Routes. This describes our philosophy of manufacturing products that provide permanent lighting even in emergency situations and ensure an energy supply to enable people to escape safely. The PERMALUX logo contains the various products and services of the company: the stripes of the "E" represent our floor guidance system, the "LUX" stands for the light of the safety lighting, "PERM", an abbreviation for "permanent", is symbolic of the emergency power supply. The new PERMALUX brand presence revives and continues the successful guiding principle taken from P.E.R.'s company history.

Management

Thomas Da Ronch and Lars Diestel took over the company from the founders in 2018 and have been managing the company as managing partners ever since. Thomas Da Ronch has a degree in electrical engineering (Dipl. Elektroingenieur) and is an expert in the field of machine safety and fail-safe electronics. Before joining P.E.R. GmbH, he worked for more than 20 years in the management of a medium-sized, company that operated internationally. Industrial Engineer (Dipl. Wirtschaftsingenieur) Lars Diestel has many years of experience in the field of security and camera technology as well as IT consulting. Prior to joining P.E.R., Lars Diestel was managing director of a medium-sized company for video surveillance technology for more than 10 years.
